NOS 1975 Seiko Quartz QZ 0923-8060

 New Old stock, never used 1975 JDM Seiko Quartz QZ in new like condition. 

It was a display piece in now closed watched shop, so the original box and papers are missing. It has original, Seiko price tag of 41,000 yen. By comparison, most expensive King Seiko in 1975 was 34,000 yen. 

Watch has a beautiful and unusual case design with upper sides curved inwards. 

Under, intact hardlex crystal sits clean and simple, white sand textured dial. 

Bracelet is of high quality with solid steel links. Even though it has never been used, it's sized to fit up to 17.5cm cm wrist. 

Calendar weekdays are in English and Kanji. Quick set is little unusual on this caliber. Turning the crown counterclockwise in first position changes weekdays but also turns date backwards. Turning the crown clockwise advances date only. 

I haven't disassembled this watch as I want to keep it as beautiful and intact as it is. Just a simple surface clean. 

I've replaced the battery and rubber gasket on the battery hatch.
