1985 Seiko Quartz Professional 200m Diver 6458-6020

Rare, JDM 1985 Seiko Quartz Professional 200m Diver in good condition. 

This model had a very short production run, 1984 and 1985, and it was for Japanese domestic market only.

Caliber 6458 series is highly collectable and known for its superior quality, finishing and small production and this model is at the top. More common 6458 models had 150m rating written on dial. This model has 200mm rating. 

Case is in good condition with some small nicks around lower right lug. 

Dial and hands are flawless. 

Bezel insert has been replaced with an aftermarket one. It looks like the original. 

New Seiko hardlex crystal. 

Screw down crown works well. 

One issue with the watch (hence low price) is the bezel operation. It is uneven. It turns very easily ( little too easy) but it gets occasionally little stuck before it continues to turn. 

Other than that, watch runs very well with good accuracy. 

It has been disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. 

New battery and packing.
