1980 Seiko Quartz SilverWave 5931-524A

Rare 1970 Seiko Quartz SilverWave in decent condition. 

Very interesting design with unusual case shape, high quality integrated steel bracelet and high end quartz caliber that was also used in Credor and Dolce models. 

Case and bracelet are in very good condition. It's sized to fit 17cm wrist. 

Like all SilverWave models, it has screwdown crown like on diver watches. 

Unfortunately, crystal has few scratches and I couldn't source replacement. 

Black dial has a very cool texture. It looks much better in person, but there are couple of small scratches near the center. 

Disassembled and cleaned. 

New battery and rubber gaskets.
