1979 Seiko King Quartz 9923-802A

Serviced 1979 Seiko King Quartz high end twin quartz in very good condition. 

This watch is unique among 70's King Quartz models.

One, it has domed crystal unlike the others that have flat. It makes it more difficult to capture the dial for amateur photographer like myself. 

Two, bracelet is very different from the typical King and Grand Quartz style. 

Three, minute markers are concaved into the dial, which creates very interesting visual effect as it reflects the light. 

Dial may seem black in pictures, but it's actually dark blue or dark purple depending on angle and light. 

Case and original stainless steel bracelet are in good condition. It will fit up to 17.5cm wrist, but 17cm would be a comfortable fit. 

Disassembled and cleaned completely 

New crystal, new battery and new rubber gaskets on crown and caseback.
