The warm and hospitable face of TokeiMedic, Robert, invited me to his home and gave me a tour of his watch collection as we sipped a refreshing tea, lovingly prepared by his wife.
He serviced the watch, packaged it beautifully, and shipped it to my hotel in Tokyo just days after I visited his place in Osaka.
The experience was one of the highlights of my time in Osaka. Everything from the greeting, the service and the product was executed with care and professionalism.
