Caliber 4843 is solid, well designed and built 7 jewels movement with very good accuracy and jumping seconds hand. When you pull crown to set time, seconds hand will jump ahead to the nearest 10 minute marker, making time setting very quick and easy.
New battery and rubber gaskets on crown and battery hatch.
I was looking around for vintage Seiko watches and it was actually Gemini that pointed me toward this shop while I asked it some questions about vintage Seikos. I really liked the good pictures and descriptions of each piece and the prices seemed reasonable. Robert was very responsive with my inquiry and I went ahead and purchased this watch.
