1972 Seiko KS Vanac 5626-6010

Spectacular, very rare, just serviced 1972 Seiko KS Vanac, 25 jewels, hi beat automatic watch in excellent condition. 

All original except for NOS Seiko faceted crystal. 

The dial is the absolute star of the show here. It looks like a butterfly wing, the texture, the color shading, just amazing. 

Perfectly faceted crystal that adds just the right amount of 3rd dimension without taking away the focus from the dial. 

All this inside a chunky, angular case with all sides being perfectly flat and angles sharp, connected to great looking, high quality integrated stainless steel bracelet. 

Movement is clean, shiny and runs exceptionally well with very strong amplitude. I have serviced hundreds of caliber 56 and never have I had amplitude hitting 300. I didn't think that was possible. 

Plastic star for calendar quick set has been replaced with local made metal one. You don't have to worry about breaking, but it is still not a good idea to change day and date between 20:00 and 04:00 to avoid potential malfunction.
