Robert brings the careful, thoughtful approach of a watchmaker to every transaction. The watch is beautiful and in even better condition than I expected—the photos didn’t do it justice. But that’s just the start of the experience. Robert was an absolute gentleman and it was a pleasure to buy from him. He communicated clearly at every step of the process of sourcing, restoring and shipping the watch. And he responded promptly to every question. It only took a few days to ship the US and the watch was carefully packed and arrived in a very set of inner and outer boxes. All that and with very reasonable prices. I would not hesitate to buy from Tokeimedic again.
