Serviced 1971 Seiko Skyliner 21 jewels hand winding watch in good condition. 

NOS Genuine Seiko crystal. 

New Seiko cowhide leather strap. 

There are some scratches and small nicks on the case, but not too noticeable. 

Clean dial and hands. 

Japanese engraving on the caseback. The watch was a gift from the minister of agriculture. 

Completely disassembled, cleaned, lubricated and regulated. 

Watch looks great and runs well.
