1971 Seiko GS Hi-Beat 5646-8000

Serviced, not often seen 1971 Seiko GS Hi-Beat automatic with manual winding.

Beautiful grey dial is flawless and so are the hands.

Case has been lightly polished and has no noticeable scratches.

Original crystal  had scratches and needed to be replaced. However, crystal is a part of the bezel unit and couldn't not be removed so entire bezel unit was replaced with NOS one.

Bracelet is vintage one made by Maruman, one of Japan's top watch strap manufacturers. It's been restored.

Caliber 56 is one of Seiko's finest automatic movements. Its been fully serviced and it runs very well. Plastic star on date corrector finger, which is the weak point of this caliber, has been replaced with metal one. so you don't need to worry about breaking it.

The watch come is a beautiful, high quality , made in Japan watch box.
