Dial and hands are in very good condition.

Case is untouched (only cloth buffed) and sharp. There are some scratches and small pin hole size nicks, mostly on the on the crown side. If you wish, you can request it to be polished off at no cost, although I think it's better to leave it untouched as is. 

Gold medallion on the back is original, not the fake gold replacement found on many KSs. There is a small chip in the center of it. 

Watch had been completely disassembled, cleaned and lubricated. 

Caliber 5625 features manual and integrated automatic winding with hacking and quick set date.
Everything works as it should.

Accuracy is good.
