1968 Seiko Weekdater Seikomatic 6218-8970

 Overhauled 1968 Seiko Weekdater Seikomatic 35 jewels automatic watch in nice condition 

 6218 models were upper mid range offerings, with higher jewel count, hacking and overall better finish than 6206 models. 

Timeless looking dial would be flawless if not for the spot next to 2 o'clock marker. It seems like a drop of solvent, like benzin, landed there and removed the sheen. The finish is intact but without the gloss. It's a lot more noticeable in pictures than in person. 

Case has been polished. 

Caseback dolphin and the text are very thin.
