Here’s a chance to own one of the most iconic vintage Seiko divers—the 6105-8000, often regarded as the first “real,” affordable professional diver from Seiko. This example dates to 1968 and has been fully overhauled and restored with care, ready to be worn and enjoyed.
> Movement has been completely disassembled, cleaned, and serviced. Running strong and keeping excellent time.
> Comes on its original and hard-to-find Seiko "chocolate bar" rubber strap— boiled for deep-clean. It is now soft, supple, and very wearable.
> Case is sharp and well-preserved with only a few small scratches and nicks. Factory brushing and edges remain intact. No pitting or corrosion on the caseback.
> Crystal is upgraded with a new aftermarket sapphire crystal.
> New gasket set installed during service.
> Bi-directional bezel is in great shape, with the lume pip still intact.
> Beautiful original dial is clean with untouched lume. Like many vintage Seiko divers, the lume frames have some corrosion, but the dial looks even better in person.
> Original hands preserved and carefully relumed to match the dial’s lume.
Not tested for water resistant and definitely shouldn't be used for diving.
