1966 Seiko Seikomatic 39 Jewels 6216-9000

 Overhauled, 1966 Seiko Seikomatic 39 jewels automatic watch in very good condition. 

62GS in disguise. This model equals Grand Seiko in every way; quality of design, finishing and the movement, without "Grand" in its name. 

All original, except for NOS Seiko crystal and new Seiko Lizard leather strap ( 6,600 yen). 

Case is sharp and edgy, it's cloth buffed only. There are some small scratches but none too noticeable. 

Dial is nearly flawless and beautiful. Check out the shape of indices. 

Caliber 6216 is clean, healthy and runs with good accuracy. It's fully automatic, no manual winding. Date quick set and hacking work well.
