1966 Seiko First Diver 62MAS 6217-8001

 Serviced, 1966 Seiko 62MAS, the first diver in all original condition, except the strap. 

Case is untouched and in good condition for being nearly 60 years old. 

Dolphin and engraving on the back is still strong. 

Apart from some corrosion on indeces and blackness on the lume, dial is in beautiful condition, with no noticeable flaws on the finish. 

Original lume is still very strong as you can see in the last photo. I would advise against reluming the dial, but hands can be relumed per request after purchasing at no additional cost. I will do my best to match the original color. 

Bezel is in very good condition. 

Bezel insert has scratches. 

Original crystal has been polished and it looks like new with no cracks nor scratches. 

New, aftermarket rubber strap in the style of the original. 

Movement is clean, healthy and runs strong with very good accuracy.
