Strikingly beautiful, UNWORN , just serviced, 1965 Citizen Auto Dater with 25 jewels Jet automatic movement in amazing condition.
The watch is pretty hefty at 38mm across without the very large crown. It has a strong presence on the wrist and is guaranteed to get noticed anytime, anywhere.
Citizen original Jet automatic movement was produced for only a few years and it has a distinct sound that rotor makes when winding.
It has manual winding as well and date quick set with a full pull of the crown.
Weekdays are in English only.
Date can quickly be changed by pulling the crown two steps.
The watch was completely disassembled and cleaned. Movement lubricated and regulated. It runs strong with a good accuracy for a 60 year old vintage.
