1962 Seiko Cronos J13046

Serviced 1962 Seiko Cronos Pre-Diver water 50 proof diashock 21 jewels hand winding watch. 

Very nice example of the technology that Seiko was hunting for in the late 50’s. The watch housing a triple locking caseback and double screwed down balance bridge. All to be able to withstand the high pressure a watch needed to withstand in rough conditions.

This is also the watch that 1st King Seiko was based on. 

 Rare black dial is not perfect, there are some small scratches, but it still has a very strong appearance and the flaws don't take away from its beauty. 

Case has some scratches and few nicks, but overall it is in good condition for its age. 

NOS Genuine Seiko crystal. 

New, tan color, genuine leather strap. 

Movement is clean and runs well.
